Terms of Service

Kinovizija provides monthly subscription that allows you to access movies and TV shows streamed over the Internet to certain Internet devices such as computers and mobile devices. Apart from that, Kinovizija also allows you to chat and connect with other likeminded people around you.

1. Membership

Kinovizija provides 7-day trial period. Your Kinovizija membership will continue on monthly basis until canceled. In order to use our service, you must have stable Internet connection and valid payment method (PayPal or credit card). Unless your subscription is canceled before your monthly billing date, your payment method will be automatically charged depending on your subscription plan. You can find your Kinovizija membership details by logging in to your account and clicking on “Membership Account” pages.

2. Billing

2.1 Billing Cycle
. The membership fee for the Kinovizija service will be charged to your payment method on monthly basis depending on your subscription plan. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example if your automatic payment was not successfully made on scheduled day. Log in to your account and click “Membership Account” –> “Subscriptions” section to see your next payment date.

2.2 Payment Methods. We use PayPal for fast and secure transactions.
If your payment was not successfully made on scheduled day, due to card expiration, insufficient funds or any other reason, we keep the right to temporarily or permanently disable your account. Please be aware that PayPal may charge certain fees such as foreign transaction fees or other fees. We are not responsible for any additional fees occurred by PayPal. 2.3 Cancelation. You can cancel your Kinovizija membership at any time you want. However, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide any refunds for partial month memberships or unwatched content. To cancel your subscription, go to “Membership Account” –> “Subscriptions” section and click on “Cancel” button. You can also contact us for assistance. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be automatically downgraded to “Free” plan. Free accounts have limited access to some features on the website. If you decide to completely delete your account for whaever reason, you can do so from “Profile” –> “About” –> “Account” section. You can also contact us for assistance.

2.4. Service Price Change. We may change our service price at any time, however, you will be notified before any charge apply to your existing account.

3. Kinovizija Service

3.1 You must be 18 years old or be the age of majority in your country to use our service. Minor may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.

3.2 The content quality may vary from device to device and may be affected by multiple factors such as your location or speed of your Internet connection. Not all content on the website is available in HD quality. The minimum connection speed for SD quality is 0.5 Mbps, however, faster Internet connection is recommended for best watching experience. The minimum connection speed of 5.0 Mbps is required for watching HD content (defined as a resolution of 720p or higher) while 25.0 Mbps per stream is recommended for watching Ultra HD content (defined as a resolution of 1080p or higher). Different Internet providers may charge different price. You are solely responsible for all Internet charges. Please ask your Internet provider about possible Internet charges. The beginning time of selected content may vary on different factors such as your location, your Internet speed or server where particular content is hosted.

4. Account Access and Password

Individual who created the Kinovizija account and whose payment method is charged (“Account Owner”) is fully responsible for updating and maintaining their account.

5. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

We make no warranties or representation that the operation of our service will be uninterrupted or error free. You waive all special, indirect and consequential damages against us.

6. Customer Support

For any inquires about our service or general assistance with your account, you can contact Customer Support by submitting support request on the left hand side on every page.

7. Terms of Use Changes

Kinovizija may change these Terms of  Service at any time without any notice so make sure to check this page regularly.

We will send your account, membership or affiliate information to your email address provided during the registration process.
